It is easier to get to know a developer through a specific property. BREIG Property Development has projects under construction as well as homes with listings on booking platforms. Each stage has its own sources: the project description, photos, guest reviews and information from award organisers.

Start with the project you are considering

ELYSIUM Eco City is presented on the BREIG website as a project in Pererenan with apartments, lofts and villas. EDEM II Santorini Residences is located in Nusa Dua and offers several residence formats.

The project page helps you understand the concept and the location. For a substantive conversation, choose the residence type and its number. Then request the current layout, specification and terms for that particular option. A general overview of the company does not replace a description of the chosen property.

Tell a rendering from a photograph

A rendering shows the architectural concept. A photograph captures the state of the site or a finished home at the moment it was taken. A useful construction update states the project, the block and the period, and the caption explains which works are visible.

To follow progress, compare materials on the same part of the project over several periods. If a photo shows a façade, it does not tell you whether all the engineering systems are complete. For a viewing, ask to see the block you are interested in and check which works have been completed.

Look at homes already in operation

Booking.com has listings for Oasis II, Baliwood Residence and Aquamarine. There you can see the accommodation and guest reviews.

Before a viewing, make a list of everyday details: humidity, sound insulation, air conditioning, water pressure, lighting, ease of cleaning and access to equipment. These questions help you see how the architecture works in everyday life.

A finished home shows a specific product and how it is operated. Its features should not be automatically applied to another project or to a residence that has not yet been handed over.

Check an award with the organiser

In the official International Property Awards catalogue, the Elysium project by BREIG Property is listed as a 2025–2026 winner in the Apartment / Condominium Development Indonesia category. Open the organiser's listing.

When checking an award, compare the project name, the company, the category and the year. An award confirms the corresponding recognition of a project; it is not a report on every owner's results or an assessment of all the company's properties.

Meet the team and the contact channels

The BREIG team page introduces the staff and areas of work. For questions about a particular residence, use the contacts on the official website. This makes it easier to link the consultation, the materials you receive and the subsequent viewing.

If an offer came through an intermediary, clarify their role and how to communicate with the company directly. Before exchanging documents, it is important to know who is handling your request and for which property.
